It's a chocolate kind of day.....

It's been one of those weeks, with one of the days being particularly frustrating, so I whipped up some chocolate goodness and gifted myself ;).
It's a cute little wallet, only 1/4" thick, perfect for throwing in your bag to have on hand for 'random acts of kindness' as they are so light and take up very little room.
I love to look for people that are having a bad moment when I'm at the shops or out and about - you know those days when the kids are screaming or refuse to bend to get into the trolley? Or when the bag holding your groceries suddenly gives way? Or when someone just looks sad....I just pull out a little pick-me-up and pop it into their hand and walk away, I hope it brightens their day!
I had someone do something similar to me many years ago, and I still remember how it made me feel, and us crafters love to share, so why not? :)

I used the new adhesive sheets, which turn every die cut into a sticker, so I was able to stack the die cut word, chocolate, on top of each other to create some dimension. I went over it with the clear Wink Of Stella for some sparkle, and the other words were clear heat embossed for added shine.
I found the chocolates in Costco Perth, and they are so slim and light, they would even fit in a letter if you wanted to post them :)
I've included the products I used to make them below, click on any of the pics to go to my store, or contact me and I can help you out with ordering them, or why not ask me for a FREE kit that you can put together at home, I'll even include the chocolate!
Until next time,
Kylie x

A Trio of Yummy!

I've been busy making treat holders for a custom order after a lady saw one of the recent coffee sachet holders on my facebook page. She didn't mind the colours used, as long as it all coordinated. She only ordered the cookie and coffee one, but I added in a chocolate one as well, because you have to have chocolate!

All of the stamping has been heat-embossed - it gives such dimension and adds a shine to the project!
The stamping style is retro - so the inside colour of the stamp doesn't line up 100% - it's the look :)
Everything is popped up on dimensionals, and the sentiment panel on the front is attached to a belly-band that just slides off, not that you need it, the treat holders stay closed without help, it just adds to the look.
These treat holders take a little bit of time to make, but I think it's worth it - don't you?

Here is the treat holder for the Starbucks coffee sachet, it measures 14.5cm x 6cm x 1.5cms.

Here's the treat holder for the cookie - I took my colours from the cookie packaging. Have you tried the Byron Bay cookies yet? So yummy!
This measures 11.5cms x 9.5cms x 2.5cms.

And here is the chocolate one that I couldn't resist adding to the order - I already had the chocolates in my office, and the colours matched perfectly, so I just had to include it!
This measures 8.5cms x 8.5cms x 1.5cms.

What do you think, do you love them? I do, so much!

I'm offering a special until the end of July - purchase the Nothing's Better Than BUNDLE, and I will post you a kit for either the coffee or the chocolate holder (your choice), and the treat that it holds, for FREE!
It will be cut and scored, ready for assembly, to either keep or give away :)

KITS - TO MAKE THEM YOURSELF
You can purchase the kits from me for $4 each and if you would like me to include the treats to fill them, it will be $1 each for the coffee or the 6 chocolates, and $1.70 for the cookie, plus postage. I cannot include stamped images in the kits, you will need to purchase the stamps and stamp them yourself. You can also purchase the matching dies, or fussy cut the images with scissors.

CUSTOM ORDER - MADE FOR YOU
If you would like to order the treat holders already made up, they will be $6 each. That includes all of the cutting, scoring, stamping, heat embossing, adhesive, dimensionals, and my time.
To add the goodies inside, please include $1 for the coffee or chocolates, and $1.70 for the cookie, plus postage.
You can choose between mocha, cafe latte, cappuccino and caramel latte.
All of the treats are brand new, factory sealed, and have been stored in a pet-free and smoke-free craft room in my residence.
If you would like to source the goodies inside yourself to save on postage (especially the cookie, it's quite substantial!), you can find the cookies at Aldi in the bread section, the coffee sachets in Coles, and the chocolates at Costco - I'm in Perth Western Australia and have found these items recently in stock, so hopefully you can find them locally too :)
You can purchase all of the supplies to make these from my store, products are listed below.

Let me know if you would like to place an order for the treat holders/kits/products, I would be happy to help!
Until next time,
Kylie :)

A little something for you...

I like to send out a little something to customers to thank them for ordering with me, and I sent this out to one of my favs!
It's a quick little holder for two sheets of dimensionals - one of our new(ish) black full size and one of our mini white. The bellyband keeps it closed, and I added a matching card. Both were decorated with the Peony Garden designer series paper from the Annual catalogue.
Very quick and simple to make:
cardstock measures 27.5cm x 9.5cm
scored on the long side at 8.5cm, 9cm, 20cm and 20.5cm.
the belly band measures 21cm x 8cm, and it's just wrapped around and secured with double-sided tape at the back.

The supplies I used are below.
Until next time,
Kylie x
